01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Bodabet and every service made available through the platform. References to “you”, “your”, or “player” mean the individual account holder. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “platform” mean Bodabet where the context permits.

You accept these terms when you visit Bodabet, register an account, deposit funds, claim a promotion, place a casino or sports wager, or otherwise use a Bodabet service. You are responsible for reviewing the current terms before continuing to play. Nothing in these terms removes any non-excludable right available under applicable law.

02 Definitions

For these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the stated meanings:

• Account means the personal Bodabet profile registered and verified in your name.
• Bonus Funds means promotional credit governed by separate wagering, expiry, game contribution, and cash-out rules.
• Deposit means money successfully credited to your Bodabet balance through an accepted payment method.
• KYC means identity, age, payment ownership, and source-of-funds checks conducted when reasonably required.
• Wager means a casino stake, sports bet, live bet, or other permitted gaming transaction accepted by Bodabet.
• Withdrawal means an approved transfer of eligible funds from Bodabet to a payment method held in your name.

03 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create or use a Bodabet account. You must also have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and determine that online gambling is lawful for you in the place where you are physically located. Bodabet does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that its services are permitted in every jurisdiction.

You may open only one Bodabet account. The account must be used solely for your personal entertainment and must not be transferred, sold, shared, or operated for another person. Employees, contractors, service providers, and persons connected with a restricted event may be prevented from wagering where a conflict exists.

04 Registration and Verification

All information supplied to Bodabet must be complete, current, and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential details, contact information, and payment ownership details. You must promptly correct information that changes. Bodabet may reject duplicate, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable registrations.

Bodabet may require a MyKad or another accepted identity document, proof of address, a payment statement, a selfie verification, or further information reasonably needed for KYC and security checks. Processing may be paused while verification is incomplete. Documents are handled according to the Bodabet Privacy Policy.

05 Account Security

You must keep your username, password, device, and verification codes confidential. Do not permit another person to access Bodabet through your account. You remain responsible for activity completed using valid account credentials unless Bodabet determines that a platform-side security failure occurred.

Notify Bodabet support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, credential theft, an unknown transaction, or a compromised payment method. Bodabet may temporarily secure the account, request new verification, cancel pending actions, or restrict access while investigating a genuine security concern.

06 Deposits and Malaysian Payment Methods

Deposits must originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument owned by the registered player. Subject to availability, Bodabet may support Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The presence of a payment name does not guarantee continuous availability.

Bodabet may set minimum and maximum deposit limits, request additional verification, or decline a transfer for security, compliance, technical, or payment-provider reasons. A deposit is credited only after Bodabet receives valid confirmation. Bank or e-wallet delays remain outside Bodabet’s direct control, although support will assist with traceable transactions.

Bodabet is not a financial institution. Player balances do not earn interest and must not be used for money transfer, currency conversion, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.

07 Withdrawals

A Bodabet withdrawal is available only from cleared, withdrawable funds. Before approval, Bodabet may confirm identity, payment ownership, completed bonus wagering, transaction history, account standing, and compliance with published limits. Where practical, funds should be returned to a payment method registered in the same player’s name.

E-wallet or DuitNow requests may be processed faster than standard bank transfers, but any displayed time is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Weekends, public holidays in Malaysia, banking maintenance, incorrect recipient details, KYC reviews, and payment-provider interruptions may increase processing time.

If a Touch 'n Go eWallet or other withdrawal does not arrive after Bodabet marks it as processed, the player should verify the registered details and provide the transaction reference to support. Bodabet may cancel a pending request when details are invalid or when a reasonable compliance review is necessary.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

Each Bodabet promotion may carry specific eligibility, deposit, wagering, game contribution, expiry, maximum-bet, and maximum-cash-out conditions. Promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions. You should read them before opting in or using Bonus Funds.

A 10x wagering requirement means that the relevant bonus base must be wagered ten times before eligible winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if a Bodabet promotion applies 10x wagering to an RM100 bonus, RM1,000 in qualifying bets is required. Slots may contribute differently from live casino, baccarat, roulette, poker, or sports wagers.

Bodabet may remove a bonus and associated winnings where a player creates duplicate accounts, coordinates bets, exceeds a stated maximum stake, uses excluded games, manipulates low-risk outcomes, or otherwise abuses a promotion. Real-money funds will be handled separately where reasonably possible and lawful.

09 Sports Betting Rules

A sports wager is binding once accepted and recorded by Bodabet. Players must review the selection, market, stake, odds, and potential return before confirmation. Coverage may include EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, international football, and live football, but markets may open, change, suspend, or close without notice.

Bodabet settles wagers using official results or a reliable governing source. Subsequent disciplinary decisions generally do not alter settlement unless market rules expressly state otherwise. Obvious odds errors, incorrect participants, duplicate markets, technical faults, abandoned events, and postponed fixtures may be voided or resettled under the relevant market rule.

Cash-out availability is discretionary and may be removed when odds move, a market suspends, or live data is delayed. A displayed cash-out amount is not secured until Bodabet confirms acceptance.

10 Casino and Live Dealer Rules

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, random number generator, or live dealer procedure. The completed record held by Bodabet and its game system will normally govern settlement. Published RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee any individual result, session return, or profit.

If a game disconnects, Bodabet will settle a completed round according to the recorded result. An incomplete round may be cancelled and the stake restored where the game record supports that action. Visual display errors do not create entitlement to funds that were not validly won.

11 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Bodabet to engage in any unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or disruptive activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• creating multiple accounts or using false, stolen, or altered identity information;
• using another person’s bank account, e-wallet, card, funds, or Bodabet credentials;
• colluding with another player, fixing an event, or using confidential inside information;
• laundering money, cycling funds without genuine play, or disguising the source of funds;
• exploiting a technical defect, delayed data feed, incorrect price, or obvious platform error;
• using bots, automated scripts, scraping tools, malware, or unauthorised software;
• threatening staff, submitting fraudulent chargebacks, or attempting bonus abuse.

Bodabet may investigate suspected misconduct and may restrict play, delay a transaction, void affected wagers, recover improper gains, close an account, or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary. Bodabet will distinguish genuine mistakes from deliberate abuse whenever the available evidence permits.

12 Responsible Gambling

Bodabet services are intended for entertainment, not as a source of income. You should set an affordable budget, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never gamble using money required for rent, food, education, healthcare, or family commitments.

Bodabet may provide deposit limits, loss limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. A player who activates self-exclusion must not attempt to bypass it by opening another Bodabet account. More information is available on the Responsible Gambling page.

13 Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure by contacting Bodabet support. Before closure, valid outstanding wagers may remain subject to settlement, and eligible balances may require verification before payment. Responsible gambling restrictions may override an ordinary reopening request.

Bodabet may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, security risk, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, legal necessity, payment disputes, or prolonged inactivity. Where appropriate, Bodabet will provide a reason and explain what information is required to review the decision.

14 Intellectual Property

The Bodabet name, platform design, software, text, graphics, databases, promotional materials, and related content are owned by Bodabet or used under permission. Access grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the platform for lawful entertainment.

You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, frame, or commercially exploit Bodabet content without prior written permission. References to Malaysian banks, payment services, sports competitions, or public brand names identify compatible methods or covered events and do not imply ownership or endorsement.

15 Privacy and Data Processing

Bodabet processes personal data for account administration, age and identity checks, payments, fraud prevention, service delivery, responsible gambling measures, customer support, legal compliance, and platform security. You must not submit another person’s personal information without lawful authority. Bodabet may retain records after account closure where required for dispute handling, security, accounting, regulatory obligations, or the prevention of repeated self-exclusion breaches.

16 Service Availability and Liability

Bodabet aims to provide a stable platform but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, internet failure, mobile network congestion, device incompatibility, power interruption, third-party payment downtime, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bodabet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform use, missed betting opportunities, device failure, or reliance on estimated processing times. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Gambling involves a real risk of financial loss. Bodabet does not guarantee winnings, profit, specific odds, game availability, or the success of any betting strategy.

17 Complaints and Disputes

If you believe a Bodabet transaction or settlement is incorrect, contact support promptly and provide your username, transaction reference, wager reference, date, amount in MYR, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.

Bodabet will review relevant account records, payment confirmations, game logs, and market data. A complaint should normally be raised within 30 days of the disputed event so that evidence remains available. The parties should first attempt to resolve the matter fairly through Bodabet’s internal review process.

18 Amendments and Severability

Bodabet may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, security practices, payment changes, new products, or operational improvements. Material updates will take effect from the date stated on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay by Bodabet in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms, together with incorporated policies and promotion rules, represent the agreement governing platform use.
